Shipping costs

We pay the shipping costs for every order. All our products are delivered to your home 100% free of charge. There is also no minimum order quantity required.

Processing time:

- Once an order is placed, we need 1 - 3 working days to process it. During the week it takes one working day, but if you order on a Friday evening or weekend, it may take a little longer.


Shipping time:


- Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped. On average, delivery takes between 7 and 14 days.

Placing an order

The ordering process at HelloComfyShoes is as simple as possible. First, you need to go to the product page and add the desired product to your shopping cart. To do this, click on the black "Add to basket" button.

On the information page, you need to enter the correct address details. Make sure all the information is correct. Once this information is filled in correctly, you can click on the "Continue shipping" button.

On the "Shipping" page, you will have the opportunity to check the address details you have entered. You will also be reminded that every shipment is sent completely free of charge. As a token of our appreciation for our customers, we always cover the shipping and delivery costs. You can now proceed by clicking on the "Proceed to payment" box.
